Fine silver, one piece/oz per minute per contractor, for when they are in their own dock after the dust settles. They need this on a notice first thing immediately. Fee Schedule. This is personal liability not with protection of Office. Is it really worth losing their Family Home just to enforce policy on non-citizens?. It has already cos a few of them quite alot of Schmeckles, as the word spreads there will be less atmosphere of "cocky".
