Stop scrolling.
Sit with your back straight.
Close your eyes.
Listen to the sounds of nature.
Turn your gaze inward towards the Source.
Focus on the heart.
Find the center.
Be still.
No need to struggle with the mind.
Just observe whatever arises.
Reconnect the body and mind to your real Self.
Reclaim the ability to focus the mind.
Find the Truth.
Remember the kingdom of heaven is within you.
Love. Compassion. Humility. Bliss.
Anxiety, fear and narcissism will dissolve.
Become unimportant.
Realize you are not better or more divine than anyone or anything else.
Be a pure channel for God.
Serve all Life from this place.
Find lasting peace and ease.
Return to your real nature.
Return to the pristine state.
