A father of-one unfortunately dropped to the floor and kicked the bucket before his family on Christmas Day.

Gareth Blenkins, 40, was going through the day with family in Cottingley, Yorkshire, when the misfortune unfurled.

He had been "snickering and kidding" and nipped outside for a cigarette at night, however when he returned

"he just grasped his chest and tumbled to the floor and began throwing a tantrum," as indicated by cousin Damien Sharpe.

Gareth was raced to Leeds General Hospital yet tragically passed on from the thought cardiovascular failure, reports LeedsLive.

Damien said: "His mind went for a really long time without oxygen. Sadly, he didn't come round from it."

Damien, who functions as a truck driver, has sent off a GoFundMe appeal to assist with fund-raising for Gareth's memorial service.

Damien says Gareth had put all his cash towards his child and hadn't arranged any extra security or any means to pay for a memorial service.

He said: "I realize he was cherished and I realize he contacted a many individuals' hearts. I simply need to take care of the family -

particularly with this incident over Christmas. No one anticipated that this should occur."
