Homeless woman PUSHES 3 year old CHILD onto MAX train tracks she has 1 thing in common

i think it's safe to say that Portland Oregon is a horrible place to live. it's also, apparently not even safe for children as a homeless woman pushes a 3 year old child onto train tracks.
