Auch die Niederlagen und Traumata, die es dieses Jahr gab, wollen eingeschlossen werden, damit wir offen für das Neue sind, das im neuen Jahr auf uns wartet und zum Jahreswechsel begrüßt werden will. So leitet ihr die Abschieds-Party für das Alte ein und feiert das Willkommen für das Neue: Klopft mit eurer flachen rechten Hand 3 mal auf euer Lotus Chakra und klopft gleichzeitig mit eurer flachen linken 5 mal Hand auf euer Nabel Chakra. Die Abschieds-Party beginnt, Gebt ihr etwas Zeit, bis 2022 ausreichend gefeiert wurde. Dann klopft ihr mit eurer flachen rechten Hand 5 mal auf euer Solar Plexus Chakra und gleichzeitig mit eurer flachen linken Hand 3 mal auf euer Lotus Chakra. Die Willkommens-Party beginnt.
