Ingredients:

• 400g cheddar cheese (creamy)
• 3 tablespoons cream cheese
• 1 tomato
• 2 chopped onions
• 4 minced garlic cloves
• 250g bacon cut into cubes
• Green smell (parsley, chives and )
• 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• salt (optional)

Method:

In the blender, put the cheddar, cream cheese and tomato. Add water little by little to beat better. Blend until smooth and set aside.

Sauté the bacon, when they are golden (separate a little to decorate the dish) add the garlic and onion until they are golden.

Then add the preparation you reserved and stir a lot.

Put the spoons of Shoyu and wick, now taste it, if necessary, add salt.

*Can be served with pasta, rice or meat.
