It has been my experience that when goals change and visions change year over year, we tend to lose sight of reality: life is both fragile and temporary. We will all die and face judgement. Every human will live forever. The question is not if, but where will you live forever. The answer rests in who you align your soul with. Beyond the sales goals, revenue targets, and other markers of success, this decision must be made a short and long term priority. No one knows if they have decades, days or minutes to live.
