Preparing Your Videos for Upload.
To prepare your videos for upload, you will need to ensure that they are in the correct format and file size. WordPress supports a variety of video formats, so you should be able to find one that works for you. However, there are some file size limitations that you should be aware of.
The first step is to choose a video format that is supported by WordPress. Some of the most popular formats include MP4, AVI, and WMV. You can check the list of supported formats here:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Video_Header#Supported_video_formats
Once you have chosen a format, you will need to convert your video into that format if it is not already in that format. There are many free online converters that can do this for you, such as:

http://www.zamzar.com/convert/mp4-to-avi/
After your video is in the correct format, you will need to check the file size to make sure it is within the limits set by WordPress. The maximum file size for videos on WordPress is 100MB. If your video is larger than this, you will need to compress it using a tool like WinZip or 7-Zip before uploading it to WordPress.
When your video is in the correct format and file size, you are ready to upload it to WordPress!
Uploading Your Videos to WordPress.
There are two ways to upload videos to WordPress: through the Media Library or directly into a post or page.
Uploading through the Media Library:
To upload a video through the Media Library, navigate to “Library” “Add New” from the left sidebar menu in your WordPress Dashboard. Then click “Select Files” and select the video file from your computer that you wish to upload (up to 100MB). Once your video has been added successfully, you can add title, description and other metadata before publishing it live on your website by clicking “Publish” button on top right corner above “Save Draft” button .
Uploading directly into a post or page:
You can also upload videos directly into a post or page on your website rather than adding them to the Media Library first.. To do this, simply click on the “Add Media” button while editing a post or page (located above the content editor). Then click “Select Files” and select the video file from your computer that you wish to upload (up tp 100MB). Once your video has been added successfully ,you’ll be able insert It into content at specific position where ever cursor was placed inside editor by clicking “Insert into post” button . After inserting into post don’t forget publish changes made by hitting update / publish button depending what action was taken while editing(create new post OR edit existing one)
