Revu also improves update management by automatically sending notifications when a document is updated. And finally, Revu enhances collaboration by allowing users to share documents and work on them together in real-time.
How Revu Works.
Revu works by first creating a PDF of your drawing or document. Then, you can add markups, comments, and revisions directly to the PDF. Once you’re finished, you can save the PDF and share it with others. If someone else makes changes to the document, you’ll be notified so that you can stay up-to-date on the latest version.

How to Use Revu.
Getting Started with Revu.

There are four main tabs in Revu: Home, Markups, Studio, and Tools. The Home tab is where you can create new documents or open existing ones. The Markups tab is where you can view and edit markups on a document. The Studio tab is where you can manage projects and collaborate with team members. The Tools tab is where you can access various settings and preferences for Revu.
To start markup on a document, simply open the document in Revu and click on the Markups tab. Then, select the type of markup you’d like to use from the toolbar at the top of the screen. You can also add text notes, comments, or attachments to a markup by clicking on the respective icon in the toolbar. Once you’re finished adding markups, click the Save button in the upper-right corner of the screen to save your changes.
Tips for Using Revu.
Here are some tips to help you get the most out of Revu:
– Use the Markups List to keep track of all the markups on a document. To open the Markups List, simply click on the View Markups List icon in the toolbar at the top of the screen. From here, you can filter and sort markups, as well as add new ones.
