A Morning Ritual to Clear Your Mental and Emotional State - Rubbish Bin

Do you wake up feeling fuzzy, confused, sometimes anxious or even distressed? Perhaps you woke up from a bad dream or the previous day was not so good so we wake up out of whack. Here's an activity to clear our mental and emotional state. It's called the 'rubbish bin'. Emi Golding (Director of Psychology, the WMHI) and Peter Diaz (CEO, the WMHI) walks some participants through this meaningful exercise.
