More questions as resignations near for Upper Captiva Fire Chief and 40 firefighters

The resignation of dozens of Upper Captiva firefighters as well as the Chief is effective January 1, 2023. Fire Chief Jason Martin told Fox 4, "There is no forecasted plan for 2023" after learning about a statement made by the Chair, Duncan Rosen, just a few weeks ago. Rosen finally had a more detailed response after being asked for an update.
