• Unhealthy relationships
• Alcohol and drug abuse (inc. binge drinking)
• Overeating
• Being overly and under sensitive
• Poor coping mechanisms

We can think of trauma as a emotional blockage that stops us from expressing our full self…

Until we address it will run us and we will say “that’s just who I am”
