"It was a shock!" Sheila has restricted blood flow to her brain (moyamoya). Induced by clot shot?

Sheila Foley has been diagnosed with a 'rare' disease called moyamoya. According to Wikipedia:

"Moyamoya disease is a disease in which certain arteries in the brain are constricted. Blood flow is blocked by constriction and blood clots. A collateral circulation develops around the blocked vessels to compensate for the blockage, but the collateral vessels are small, weak, and prone to bleeding, aneurysm and thrombosis."

Moyamoya has been recognized as an adverse effect of the COVID jabs. See for example the following scientific articles:

Covid-19 vaccine (covishield) heralding Moyamoya angiopathy

👆 "We present two index cases of young patient presenting with stroke and TIA following Covid-19 vaccination (COVISHIELD) leading to unmasking of Moyamoya Angiopathy."

Moyamoya disease with Sjogren disease and autoimmune thyroiditis presenting with left intracranial hemorrhage after messenger RNA-1273 vaccination
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8830843/
👆 "We reported a 40-year-old female patient with Sjogren disease and autoimmune thyroiditis, who had received the second dose of Moderna (mRNA-1273) vaccination. Three days later, she presented with left intraventricular and intracerebral hemorrhage as a complication. ... After a series of diagnostic workups, left intracranial hemorrhage was associated with MMD [moyamoya disease]."

Acute Bilateral Visual Loss in Moyamoya Disease after COVID–19 Vaccination: A Case Report
https://he02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ThaiJOphthalmol/article/view/259037
👆 "A 39-year-old Thai man presented with bilateral visual loss three days after the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination (inactivated vaccine - Coronavac or Sinovac). Eye examination revealed total visual field defects in both eyes. The MRI showed acute infarction in the left occipital cortex and old infarction in the right occipital cortex and other areas of the cerebral hemisphere. MRA showed severe narrowing of both ICAs and both MCAs, with collateral supplied with forming a puff of smoke appearance, representing Moyamoya’s disease."

Other recent cases of moyamoya disease:

Teen athlete Cormick Scanlan died on Christmas Day after suffering a stroke on December 6th, 2022. It was discovered that he had a rare condition called moyamoya disease.

Cindy Wisti Pacheco was recently diagnosed with moyamoya. She also had the clot shot.

P.S. On June 21, 2021 the FDA approved the first oral blood thinning medication for children, see:
https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-approves-first-oral-blood-thinning-medication-children
👆 "Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Pradaxa (dabigatran etexilate) oral pellets to treat children 3 months to less than 12 years old with venous thromboembolism (a condition where blood clots form in the veins)".

Since when do children need blood thinners? Since the injection of the clot shots, that's when. The approval of the blood thinners came 3 months before the emergency use approval of the COVID jabs for children. USA Today was quick to point out in a 'fact check' that this peculiar timing is purely coincidental. Very convincing! They also wrote, "Pfizer vaccine doesn't cause blood clots". That did age well, did it?
