In today's video I tell you guys the 5 best things you can do on your rest days to be more productive. If you are anything like me, sometimes knowing how to rest can actually be harder than grinding and putting that work in. These tips I give have been very valuable for me for helping me recharge and come back stronger the next day while feeling like I accomplished something during my rest day! Remember that if you don't rest, your body will make you pay one way or another so you should not be neglecting it as I used to not understand the importance of it. But now that I do, I feel it's important to have a plan to make the rest days the best they can be. Make sure that you actually earn your rest days and if you do, I guarantee that if you take these tips into your next rest day you will feel more productive!
