Should Columbia Sheriff's Deputies who Arrested The Blind Guy Jim Hodges Be Reported to the F.B.I.?

Should Randy Harrison and Jayme Gohde be reported to the F.B.I.? It seems like the State's Attorney is not touching this case and that the Sheriff, Mark Hunter thinks the public will be satisfied with the slap on the wrists "punishment".
