Altemio C. Sanchez, Jr., also known as "The Bike Path Rapist," was a serial killer and rapist who terrorized the Buffalo, New York area in the 1980s and 1990s. He targeted women of various ages and attacked them near bike paths, strangling them and leaving them naked. Sanchez was eventually caught and is currently serving three life sentences for his crimes. However, he is also a suspect in other unsolved murders in the area, leaving some to wonder if there are more victims yet to be discovered.
