Hip + Knee Strength and Control for Runners🏃

Now that gyms are closed and people are running more, the biggest issue we see in runners is hip and knee control issues, leading to hip and knee pain. This is usually due to weakness and control issues in the hips, which then spread to the knee area. It's very common to lose control of internal rotation and pelvic sag in single leg squats - if you're a runner, I encourage you to work hard and get it under control now to help you stomp on them now and in the future Sometimes it hurts on the pavement this year.
