Toe agility exercises for pool side parties
Some fun exercises to share when you've taken your shoes and socks off.
The exercises are:-
*Big toe up four toes down/big toe down four toes up
*Caterpillar foot races.
As you do these exercises, take time to re-imagine your foot. Did you think of your foot as a wooden block with curly toes on the end? - There's no freedom of movement in a foot like that. In this video, take time to observe as you awaken the superb mobility of the fore and mid-foot. Is it now like a caterpillar or a wriggly snail? If you can control and use you new found mobility you can add power to the toe off in your runs jumps and hops, in your chosen sport, and you can reduce knee twists and damage to knee cartilages.
