Las Vegas Metro Police Shake Down Homeless Man Because of His Shopping Cart / 1st Amendment Audit

Las Vegas Metro Police at their worst. Here you will see them immediately try to cover up an illegal shakedown of an innocent Homeless man. I get them to admit that nobody called the police on him and that his only crime was walking down the street with his lively possessions in His cart. What is the benefit to society to instill even more burdensome hardships with heavy fines to Him when he can't even afford to eat everyday? Was it worth our Tax Payer Dollars having three Cop cars shaking this man down? This happened near the Silverton Casino on Blue Diamond Road. Attention all locals. If you see this Homeless guy around look out for him and make sure he is OK. I always see him around and he is always minding his own business and not bothering anybody. I get a little heated in this video but if we see you preying on the weak & vulnerable we will expose you.
