Is Greg Luther Stupid or Dishonest When He Says EXP Realty is Sabotaging Itself?

Real estate coach Greg Luther made a video yesterday disparaging EXP Realty's newest version of its Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA). The change he makes a big deal about is really not much of a change, just the inclusion of a policy from the previous Policy and Procedures Document that was an addendum to the prior version of the ICA.

So, the change is, in effect, nothing.

Then, after EXP Realty's founder hosts a video to correct this mistake, Greg Luther puts out another video and does not acknowledge his prior video being wrong.

So, is he wrong? Dishonest? Stupid? How do you summarize his comments and behavior?
