Rule1 Protein Isolate Cookies and Cream review

Trying out the Rule1 Protein Isolate Cookies and Cream flavor protein powder and doing a taste test review of it. This protein is pretty good quality, I have tried out the chocolate and vanilla flavours and there’s cookies and cream is another one that they’ve succeeded with. It taste kind of like an Oreo cookie more so than a lot of other cookies and cream proteins that I’ve tried. Rule1 has a pretty good tasting aminos as well, so I was not surprised to see that there protein taste good as well.
