Dec 28. CIA NYPD 5615, 134 pm, I have no records about this NYPD but the timing, as I was exiting Duane Reade, and the fact they board the patrol as I was approaching, makes me put it in the CIA column. Not in the video, CIA NYPD 4792 at 2nd Avenue and 18th St.
