How Evil Is Evil..?

In Nov/Dec 2019 we watched Chinese City's on Lockdown and the streets and buildings being sprayed by Industrial fumigators - Yet the UK and Europe allowed Chinese People to fly in and out spreading Covid 19 - We have watched Chinese People City's being locked down again, yet now China says it is Covid free and Chinese people can start flying into the US and Europe and UK again.
