It's not uncommon to get a rider that lists additional requests on a closing contract, and often times they're pretty reasonable. Now and then though, I'll get a rider with some absolutely insane demands, like I did with this house in Massapequa Park. The old Levitt style home that we just completed a beautiful renovation on, including adding a dormer and a pot-filler, got hit with some real contract craziness, so watch as I tour the property and decide which requests are valid and which are just ridiculous.
