New COVID-19 mandates and restrictions for travelers from China

Moves have been made by the United States, Japan, and others to mandate COVID-19 tests for passengers arriving from China. So far, there have been no reports of any new variants. There are global concerns about another explosive outbreak and the government not relaying information soon enough. ABC's Justin Finch has the latest.
