Move in day!

I love moving day! Definitely one of the brighter sides of being on the landlord. The tenants are happy the landlords happy everybody’s happy. I tried to get a lease with option to buy on this one but ended up with a great long-term tenant. We had many applications but ultimately this was the best one.
