We had a day that was cold and sunny last week, and we took the opportunity to process our cornish cross chickens. It was a little earlier than we wanted to, but sub zero temperatures were on the way and we didn't want to have 40 stinky chickens in the garage with the goats. We were fortunate to have family come and help us, it certainly made the task go by more quickly.
