An NBA Matrix Glitch? WHAT?!?

Okay, THIS video shows a VERY odd phenomenon that is happening in NBA professional basketball games all across the USA. It is as if the entire league is some sort of Matrix, and an identical "glitch" keeps repeating with players, coaches, and even fans sometimes, in NBA games. These "glitches" are captured on video from games that are televised locally, regionally, nationally, and livestreamed worldwide.

WHAT THE FLAPJACK?

If anyone has any more video of this, please let me know. If anyone has a logical explanation for this odd phenomenon, I would be happy hear it, as I am sure my viewers and subscribers would as well.
