16 people perish in a violent blizzard in the Buffalo area.

The number of fatalities from a snowstorm that dropped up to 4 feet of snow on Buffalo and western New York increased to 16 on Sunday. Josh Einiger has that in addition to the severe winter weather that is hurting the rest of the nation.
