HRT Maximus Placard Review

Here is a review of the HRT Maximus Placard on my Agility K19 plate carrier. I do think this is a great placard system if you need storage for magazines and other equipment in one place. I do enjoy that it is essentially a magazine carrier, admin pouch and med kit in one. I purchased this through HCC Tactical (hectic.com).
