A Bakersfield family waits for justice for Tyis Rush

A Bakersfield family has just spent their second Christmas without a loved one. Tyis Rush was shot and killed near South High School in Bakersfield on August 14, 2021. His family says the lack of progress on the case by the Bakersfield Police Department has been frustrating.
