Our bodies is the temple, is the church and is ours only. We have to take care of it ourselves and stop letting corporations control you. This is an ancient method well over 200 years old of how food grain or perhaps food flour was made, processed and then eaten with no preservatives and no poisons unlike in todays world.

We have been living in villages for thousands of years. Most likely even millions! And only for the past 100 years we have been relying on corporations to satisfy us. But if anyone is smart enough to know only corporations care about is themselves. We need to rely solely upon ourselves to care for us, grow or make sure we see where our food is grown, how it is grown and where. Ask questions. We might only live to tell one tale. Live good.
