If you have a motivated seller that owns an apartment community, contact my office and I can help you with this deal. It will be too involved for a new wholesaler to successfully wholesale this type of deal. However, I can directly help you if you have an off market apartment community.

Also each of my wholesalers I make sure they get paid if they bring me a good deal. On a larger sized transaction, I can pay you a much larger assignment fee. You need to get more education to handle larger sized deals like this without needing a partner.
