But an Emergency can be Declared for any reason. And there is very little that can be done to Contest an Emergency unless it is already Clearly Defined by Statutory Law.

The Statutory Law used by the Federal Government itself is actually Unconstitutional. It is How the DC Corporation has been able to Bypass our Constitution.
