Las Vegas metro tries their hardest to keep me from filming them shaking down another mentally ill homeless guy. 13 cop cars are needed and an ambulance for just this homeless guy. No wonder you see them trying to cover it up. Sergeant Roberto Angulo Jr. in the video was arrested in the past for beating his Wife and trying to bite her nose off. Link at bottom.
