Two exciting new trim levels have been added to the Pilot lineup for 2022:
The Pilot Sport is the new entry point for Honda's largest SUV. With standard 2WD, Sport starts at an MSRP of $36,830 (excluding $1,225 destination and handling), or $38,830 when equipped with Honda's torque-vectoring i-VTM4® all-wheel drive.

The new Sport trim is very well equipped, too, featuring Pilot's proven 280 HP (SAE net) V6 engine, 9-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters and 20-inch alloys for starters. Also standard is the full suite of Honda Sensing® and driver-assistive features along with all of the active and passive safety features found in every 2022 Pilot.

Inside, Sport brings conveniences such as Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration, tri-zone automatic climate control, an 8-inch Display Audio system and much more

Further cementing Honda's expanding rugged light truck lineup for 2022 is the new Pilot TrailSport. Bringing a fresh off-road attitude to the Pilot lineup, TrailSport arrives with standard i-VTM4® AWD, a generous package of standard equipment and an MSRP of $43,560 (excluding $1,225 destination and handling).

Enhancing its already strong capability, TrailSport hits the roads less traveled with a suspension lift providing a 0.6-inch ground clearance gain, plus exclusive 18-inch black alloy wheels with tires sporting a rugged-design sidewall. Black trim and fender flares plus a special orange-on-black TrailSport badge on the tailgate round out the exterior look.
Standard leather seating with orange TrailSport logos and contrasting orange stitching continue TrailSport's exterior theme and a one-touch power moonroof brings the great outdoors a little closer. A wireless phone charger and Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation system make life easier. Like all Pilots, TrailSport also comes with Honda Sensing, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration, and a long list of comfort and convenience features.

Versatile and family friendly, the 2022 Honda Pilot begins arriving at dealerships today with an expanded list of standard features, including a large 8-inch Display Audio system, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, and LED headlamps. The 2022 Pilot introduction will also be enhanced this fall with the availability of a new Sonic Gray Pearl exterior and a well-equipped new entry trim level aimed at younger buyers and active lifestyles, offsetting the no longer available LX and EX entry trim levels.

“We're excited to offer the 2022 Pilot this early in the model year, with the features, rugged capabilities, and great value Honda customers want,” said Mike Kistemaker, AVP of Honda Automobile sales. “With a new entry trim level coming this fall, the Pilot lineup is aimed right at the heart of the 3-row SUV market, with useful features and the great packaging our customers love.”

The Pilot lineup available today includes EX-L, Special Edition, Touring, Elite and Black Edition trims. The 2022 Pilot EX-L 2WD, with its generous set of standard features that includes leather seating, power moonroof, 8-inch Display Audio system, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration, and LED headlamps, starts at an MSRP of $39,060 (excluding $1,225 destination and handling). Adding the rugged capability of Honda's Intelligent Variable Torque Management™ (iVTM-4®) all-wheel-drive system, Pilot EX-L AWD carries a starting MSRP of $41,060.
