Russia’s FSB has eliminated two militants in Kabardino-Balkaria who were preparing a terrorist attack in Chegem on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services.

According to the agency, after the terrorist attack, they planned to travel to Ukraine to participate in hostilities against the Russian Armed Forces.
