A Louisiana convenience store worker has been fired after uploading a video of herself pouring a bucket of water over a black woman who is homeless outside in freezing temperatures amidst a tirade of expletive abuse.

The homeless person in question has been given shelter according to Baton Rouge Mayor Sharon Weston Broome, while Young was fired Tuesday.
