COVID-19: Hong Kong to scrap almost all virus curbs

Hong Kong will scrap its mandatory PCR tests for inbound travellers, marking a major shift for international travel. This comes shortly after China announced its own phased reopening on Jan 8. Hong Kong said it hopes to reopen the borders with the mainland by Jan 15.
