Train like a bodybuilder

If your goal is to develop your body you should train like a bodybuilder since that’s exactly what we do. That doesn’t mean you have to become a bodybuilder or get to that level you just have to take advice and train in that way.

If you wanted to learn to throw a few combos comfortably in boxing , you’d still do the exact same thing pro boxers did when they first started out . You just wouldn’t pursue it all the way to professional fights level
