This is an AMV using another one of Dana Jean Phoenix's older songs which is included in her latest Deluxe edition version of her PixelDust Album. Which I used clips from 2 Underated 80's Anime which are "Hai Step Jun" from Toei Animation and Mahou no Idol Pastel Yumi from Studio Pierrot
