In this video Andrew Tate is stating that motivation is not a concept he believes in and that discipline and a defined purpose are more important.

He suggests that people often ask about motivation when they don't feel like doing something, and that the answer is that it is normal not to feel like doing things all the time.

However, he argues that it is important to perform regardless of how one feels, because otherwise they will lose against those who do.

He asserts that it is necessary to decide whether one is a "winner" or a "loser", and that winners do not allow their emotional state to affect their actions.

He uses the example of a professional fighter who has to fight on a certain day, regardless of how they feel, and suggests that one must be good enough on their worst day to beat their opponent on their best day.

Finally, he encourages listeners to look in the mirror and decide whether they are a "fucking loser" or a "winner", implying that those who are lazy and do not work hard are losers.

Emory Andrew Tate III is an American-British Internet personality and former professional kickboxer.
