Niagara Falls partially frozen, the waterfall will not be able to completely freeze

In the United States, Niagara Falls partially froze due to severe cold. Not only the waterfall was iced over, but also the observation deck adjacent to it.

The icy spectacle formed as winter weather hit the northeast over the weekend, bringing freezing temperatures and a deadly snowstorm to Buffalo about 25 miles south of Niagara Falls, according to the New York Post.

*Experts note that the waterfall will not be able to completely freeze. This is hindered by a large moving stream of water.*

Recently the United States was hit by abnormal frosts. Temperatures in some states have dropped to record highs.

Dozens of people have already died from the effects of the snowstorm.
