This Challenge Is IMPOSSIBLE in Stick It To The Stickman

Greetings! Today I attempted my most difficult challenge yet in stick it to the stickman - the police officer challenge. It may sound simple, but I assure you it is anything but. Long story short, I had to make some improvisational alterations.
