The Human soul consists of your mind, emotions, and will.

God wants to teach your mind so you can control your emotions then God can direct your will to come along side His will for your life.

Man is born into a fallen, corrupt world, He is born with a body and a soul.

Gen 3:8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden.

Look at Genesis 2:25 They were complete what's the difference, they lost the Holy Spirit.

We receive the Holy Spirit the moment we are Born again, Every Believer.
