What is Constitutional?

In this video we will seek to answer that age old question, of 'what is constitution?' This phrase is often used to explain why one act is a crime, or why that act is, in fact, not a crime. There is much debate and argument over the constitutionality of things. Naturally, to be constitutional, one must adhere to the constitution. In this context, that document is the U. S.
