Sky Princess first UK cruise of 2022 think 06/04/2022? My 1st Regal trip last year dreadful 4k my

The first of three Princess ships sailing from Southampton UK.

P&O was my least favourite line...

That was until I boarded Regal Princess last summer..... Dreadful, dull, boring, food selection limited, no real shows, then treated like garbage when I spoke to almost a child at front desk...

So embarrassed too, as had a couple with us we were introducing to cruising, now rather put off.

The customer questionnaires at the end? Don't bother, clearly a waste of time and likely not even read, or they skim the cream.

Email to HQ... Stressing not seeking money, discounts, etc just to highlight some horrible and job dodging crew and a bad attitude of a young man on front desk.

Also to ask why sugar is such a scares commodity on board? 45mins for a drinkable coffee, had to move to another area to actually get other drinks as we watched a waitress walk about for 25 minutes and collect 2 empty glasses, while other staff pick up her slack.

Princess say they are that extra level?? That's why I was vocal, this is clearly UNTRUE...

But to get a template apology, no request for info, then very next sentence " we look forward to seeing you again soon" Really?? No I'll cruise with the other lines that actually treat customers well" so may see you from my balcony in passing...
