How we won in Maryland - the Dream Act repeal

Pat McDonough (House of Delegates, Maryland) discusses the fight to repeal the Dream Act in Maryland, which would grant in-state college tuition discounts to illegal immigrants. McDonough organized a petition drive and gathered enough signatures to place the question before the voters in 2012.
