LET'S HAVE A TOC

Those who have worked in Combat Operations know what a "TOC" is. For the Civilians, the title is a play on words like, "Lets have a talk (TOC)". The Tactical Operations Center (TOC) program provides the commander and staff with a center where information is captured, analyzed, and interfused; where courses of action become orders.
