I snuck onto Shawn Pomrenke's abandoned Mega Dredge from Bering Sea Gold for the night, it was creepy!. This Mega Gold Dredge is the biggest gold dredge in Nome! Shawn Pomrenke, from the Discovery Channel hit show Bering Sea Gold had big plans for this bad boy but then abandoned it halfway through rebuilding it. Now it’s been sitting on the Nome beach for over 4 years, rusting away. I wanted to get a closer look and since I was stuck for a night, I decided to sneak on and stay the night!
